J. R. Left us a review: Staff has been friendly and welcoming with each visit. Dr. Williams has also shown an engaged interest in answering our questions and concerns. He seemed to overhear something I said to the assistant and made his way over to ensure that I had a solid understanding and comfort with the work being recommended and done. One assistant, who had only been sitting in the chair next to ours for the last few appointments made a point of checking on both of us. Again, when we needed to text over a holiday weekend over a difficulty we were having, that same assistant who had been on call, approached us at our next appointment to check on us. It has been a bit uncanny to feel that they know me/us better than I know them. The points system, the positive atmosphere and of course, the ice cream, has made what I anticipated to be a very difficult experience, a much more positive and palatable (no pun intended) experience for him and us. I am most grateful.

My experience at Hi5 was truly a 5-star review. All of the employees that I interacted with were kind and welcoming, each one was involved in my appointment and made sure that I was okay. I honestly am excited to continue working with Hi5 throughout my time in braces!

I LOVE this place! I don't even know where to start.
When you first come in, everyone is SO friendly! The entire staff treats you like you're family. The atmosphere is so positive and delightful through the entire experience.
They are really good at educating you on everything that they will do for you, and and they make sure that you understand everything in your consultation. They also have an awesome rewards program and something called "retainers-4-life" that you should ask about!
The process of getting braces went so well and fairly fast (in my opinion), and I walked out with my braces on the same day. They have games (which are inaccessible due to Covid-19 right now), and they have ice cream that is lactose-free which I was so happy about! I am lactose-free, and it was so nice to know that they carried ice cream that everyone can enjoy (the strawberry cheesecake flavor was so good)!
All in all, my experience went so well. I am so glad that I chose this orthodontist and I honestly can't wait until my next appointment. If you're looking for an ortho, try this one. You'll be glad that you did.
