Aerika was great with helping me out. She worked with me while I was attending a meeting during my appointment. She had a great attitude and was funny when my rubber hook came off my tooth. She quickly explained the difference between a button and a hook.

I will recommend them to anyone, and have.

I've only been to the south hill location but so far I have had great experiences! Aerika was my tech today and she was so kind and made sure I had all my concerns and questions addressed and made sure I understood the entire process going forward in great detail! She is so so kind. Also Chantel was absolutely lovely as well. So far a noticeable takeaway is how much these employees truly not only care about what they do but LOVE their company! It's very clear this is a good place to work and that is evident in everyone's spirit and interactions with us as the patients and eachother as co-workers. So glad my dentist recommended them to me!!
