My 10 year old loved going to hi5 orthodontics. Everyone was always so friendly. The office is is very clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend.

Hi 5 is clean, fast, and comfortable. I'm always happy to go there, and they tell me what is happening at each appointment, as well as what will happen at the next appointment or two. My teeth look great, and I'm almost done with braces now.

We absolutely love coming to Hi5 Orthodontics! Every visit feels like we’re the stars of the show, thanks to the personalized care we receive. A special shout out to Nicole and Dr. Williams for their exceptional attention and dedication. They make us feel like VIPs, minus the red carpet (though we wouldn’t mind that too!). The level of care and detail they provide is unmatched. And let’s not forget the yummy ice cream—it’s like the cherry on top of a great visit. Thanks for making our smiles brighter and our visits so enjoyable (and tasty)!

I am a year into my braces treatment, with another year to go still...and I can honestly say that I'm loving the changes. I've seen so much improvement since I began. Everyone wants nice straight teeth. I know I came to the right place to do it. Everyone at the office is so friendly and they take good care of you.
I think its the best orthodontics there ever was!

We visited Dr. Williams to get a second opinion on my son's orthodontic treatment. Dr. Williams and his staff were friendly and approachable. They took time to give us a tour of the office and Dr. Williams sat down for an unhurried consultation. He didn't pressure us into getting braces right then like other orthodontists did; instead, he explained to us that we could wait and watch what happened with my son's teeth as he grew. He explained that if we could avoid two phases of treatment it would be more cost-efficient, and my son would spend less time with appliances in his mouth. He also assured us that he tries to avoid pulling permanent teeth whenever possible--something I was relieved to hear.
The first orthodontist we visited tried to pressure us into getting started that day and mentioned pulling permanent teeth. He was rushed and not at all as approachable and friendly as Dr. Williams.
All in all, I feel that Dr. Williams is honest and straight-forward. He wasn't selling something, but truly seemed like he was doing what was best for us.
It's nice going to the orthodontist and being confident that they are doing the absolute best in an efficient and friendly manner. I've not had a poor experience here, ever. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and take good care of their patients.
